Author, speaker, trainer, business owner, and Pastor, Randy Wilburn is one of the nation’s leading experts on a variety of real estate related topics including foreclosure intervention and loss mitigation. As the owner of Randy Wilburn & Company Realtors, Inc.,  and The Wilburn Group, LLC, Consulting Firm , and founder of Harvest Housing Homebuyer Education Center in Boston, MA, he has spent the last ten years developing a uniquely deep understanding of all aspects of foreclosure intervention including loan resolutions, short sales, REOs, and foreclosure mediation that has enabled him to develop highly effective education programs for consumers, real estate industry professionals, and housing counselors.

In addition to NeighborWorks America, Randy consults with a number of states on the implementation of Foreclosure Intervention programs including the creation and implementation of the first ever training program for Foreclosure Mediators in the State of Nevada.  As a consultant, he has developed curriculum for a week-long loss mitigation class, a two-day sales and negotiation class, and an REO class for housing counselors that has been successfully taught nationwide.

Randy is also a homebuyer educator for several Boston area CDC’s and a director and foreclosure intervention counselor for Harvest Housing. As well as being a consultant and educator, he has experience originating FHA, and conventional loans, and commercial mortgage products.

Outside of the real estate industry, Randy is a founding Pastor of New Dimension Church in Providence, Rhode Island and he also travels the country giving motivational speeches that focus on encouragement and helping others, especially young people and entrepreneurs “Follow their Dreams.” He is a graduate of Howard University and resides with his wife and their two boys in Boston, Massachusetts.
